i just bought a heavy boxing bag and i punched it for the first day (before this i never punched anything) for the first day i punched it with no gloves and knuckles ripped my finger open and bleeding Began. my knuckles started hurting (natural) but now i have evergel wraps i thought THEY would not hurt my finger knuckles bleed goal THEY still hurt and stuff Is There somthing wrong with my form or what? or isit just my skin geting Stronger.
