do u do thai boxing (muay thai) because when u were in the ring with the 2 other people you used a elbow?

@MrJEWWATCH they have s/m and l/xl. if your head is smaller i would go for s/m. its also adjustable

@JayKevin29 how do u know what size you get??

@TentionB well ur breathing is a bit tougher because you have a mouth piece, you just gotta spar alot to get use to it

thanks for the review, question though what is breathing like whilst sparring? i just got a feeling it will be noticebly difficult thus ending up tiring out quicker. thanks

How have they held up so far?

Another review I watched says that the opening between the forehead and the nose area is a lil wide. Has any shots or a standard size 16 oz glove made it through?
