Recently I bought an inflatable punching bag, but when it is inflated it will not survive and most definatley not when fist / foot. I tryed to fill the base with water to see if she would, she did, but when punched / kicked it again fell and didn’t he remonter.Y suggestions what to use wire or suggestions on how to stand and punch / kick?

These things are not made to withstand any real force, its for novelty purposes. My suggestion is purchase a real punching bag with hand wraps and gloves otherwise you will injur yourself. Punching or kicking something inflatable really isnt going to do anything benefitial for you anyway.

I think you may get it too stand but in all honesty your fighting a losing cause here. An inflatable punching bad is going to offer you very little benefit, if you hit the thing with real force it will move back to far and you won’t be able to get any rhythm going.
Maybe buying the real thing isn’t practical for you but your wasting your time with this one.

Sand or soil is best, heavier than water and if your bag gets a leak you wont be flooded! Inflateable bags are not much good though because they’re full of air and you get little feedback from them. You’re best off with a bag full of sand or padding but inflateable ones do have advantages like being more portable. Use sand!

Honestly I would take it back and get a real bag.
