I am looking for a good gym workout for Muay Thai boxing. Any ideas?
Hi I go to a gym that has a wide range of machines cardiovascular workouts and weights. I need a good routine for Muay Thai. Obviously I know the trucks are not good and lighter weight with more reps are better. Unfortunately there are no bags of punch so i cannot work it into my routine.Quelqu one can recommend a good routine to get along with? The winner will be the answer most détaillée.Merci!

Wrong, for a fighter you need pure, raw strength, not volume in muscles. Low reps, heavy weights!
If you’re doing body weight exercises you do several reps.
I recommend the Pavel method for pure strength.
Five reps within five sets.
Zercher Squats, Deadlifts, Benchpress, Weighted Chins.
5X5 means that you lift a weight which limits you to only 5 reps.

Punching motions in stance, whilst holding light dumb bells will improve speed.
Also try to get 10 sets of 25 press-ups, thats the min. fighting standard apparently
