its ok…… there something there but u dont move and look wer u the hit the bag at the top wer its light so it will move more…use the bottom of the bag use more jab get in a diffrent stance and put ur body under your punches….

better than others i seen on here your only big problem is when you jab and come back with a straight you drop the guarding jab hand thats all

yeah get a heavier bag, and slow down to get ya basics solid then u can start boxing rather than punching lol, not too bad tho, take a look at my vid if u get tym
