Shifting weight, balance and hip movement in Kickboxing/Martial Arts?
Any tips / exercises / drills on how I can Improve this really did it Seems To Be Progressing from holding me back. The hip movement in my kicks is ok in the sense That I rotate, thrust chamber and my hips Were Appropriate, its my stance and the transfer of weight DURING hand jabs and hooks Especially strikes. The problem Is That I can bang it out without more power objective There To Be Into tapped if i can master this. The second and main problem is Probably the II have flat feet over pronate That was low in boxing type stance and my rear foot tend to twist off throwing punches When. By the way I do it if Chinese Kickboxing Makes Any Difference. Thanks

I would recommend that you start skipping rope to help develop the strength in your toes, feet, and lower legs as well as help give you a little more flex and balance in your knees. While skipping rope will not solve entirely your problem of being flat footed it will help lighten your step, give you more flex in your lower legs, and better balance so that you can move about better than what you can do now.
The other recommendation I would make is to watch yourself closely in the mirror when shadow boxing or shadow fighting, noting when and where you do things like shifting your balance and how you are moving. Often times those things can be disguised or hidden especially if you pay attention to them and the way you are doing things. In sparring and fighting I am very careful not to give things away, making it easier for my opponent to key on them and instead take advantage of me.
Sometimes also you may even have to modify your approach to certain techniques and combinations as well and a good example of that is a spinning side kick or spinning back kick which I like to use. leading off with a rear round house to the head of my opponent brings his arms up and as I set that foot down in front I can more easily go into spinning or turning to throw one of those kicks lower to the body. Just spinning and throwing it makes it easier for my opponent to see and defend against. So look at things in the mirror and if you can see it early so can your opponent then.

I would recommend using a mirror as a guide, putting your hands on your hips and first practise the basic movements, and then try them with the thrusts and kicks that you’re struggling with. Also, you can always ask your Sensai/teacher, they’re there to help, I asked mine and he gave me a lot of guidance until I perfected my hip movements.
Good luck.
