But she also have the same desire as others to act in the movies of superstars like Rajini and Kamal.

She dub the voice for her movies, herself. As she have to allocate time for dubbing, she is not able to concentrate on singing. Music director Harris Jeyaraj asked her to attend a voice testing session so that he can make her sing a song in one of his movies. But she was not able to attend it due to her busy schedule. She will certainly sing a song in the near future. she learned Bharathanatyam, Kathakali and Kuchipudi and she have mastered all these skills.

Sugar Ray Leonard Biography of a Champion

Sugar Ray Leonard was quoted in the sports world as one, if not more; fighters flashy, exciting and elegant sport of boxing has seen. Ray Charles Leonard was born May 17, 1956, in Wilmington, North Carolina, named after the singing legend Ray Charles. Leonard adopted the alias of sugar early in his career with the approval of Sugar Ray Robinson, with the label being suitable as Leonard, like his namesake, was sweet as sugar inside the boxing ring. Leonard had a fine amateur career, winning three Golden Gloves, two AAU championships, a gold medal at the Pan American Games in 1975 and culminating in an Olympic gold medal at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, Canada. Leonard finished his amateur career with a record of 145-5, with 75 strike outs. After winning the gold medal, “said Leonard journalist and sports commentator Howard Cosell that he left boxing for good, and he plans to attend college. However, Leonards father fell ill, and with his family in need of money Leonard has decided to turn professional. Muhammad Alis head trainer, Angelo Dundee was hired to be Leonards trainer and Janks Morton and Dave Jacobs as co-trainers, with attorney Mike Trainer To complete the team. Leonard made his professional debut February 5, 1977, against Luis Vega at the Baltimore Civic Center. In a fight that was televised in which Leonardo was $ 40,000 from-Vega has lost a 6 round unanimous decision. Under the guidance of his advisors advised, Leonard decided to remain independent by not signing a long-term agreement with a developer, thus having the freedom to do business with anyone he chose. As a result, Leonard has gained popularity by reaching a wide audience demographic, with fights aired on NBC, CBS, HBO and ABC. Leonard won his first 25 combat and in the process defeated the notable names: Floyd Mayweather, Daniel Aldo Gonzalez, Pete Ranzany and Andy Price. After winning the NABF welterweight title, Leonard received the opportunity to fight against the world champion WBC welterweight, Wilfred Benitez. Despite the importance of the fight, Benitez preparation was poor, with his handlers not happy with the volume Benitez training. In a hotly contested contest, Leonard stopped Benitez in the first tower 15 via a TKO with only 6 seconds to play in the fight. After a successful first defense against Dave Boy Green, Leonard signed to fight hard Panamanian-Man El Cholo Roberto Duran. In what turned out to be back to back fights, Leonard lost the title against Duran, who was dragged into the fight against El Cholo primarily indoors, the preference Duran, only to recover in the second leg after trying a cocktail of fighting outside and clever tactics. Duran was visibly unhappy with the tactics Leonards second fight, and will be remembered for the no mas call to end the fight. Sugar Ray then defended his title against Larry Bonds, after which he claimed the WBA light middleweight cons of Ayub Kalule after moving weight. While Leonard was moved up, soon to be arch rival Thomas Hearns was tearing the welterweight division after winning the WBA world title by knocking out Pipino Cuevas. A fight was set for the WBA and WBC welterweight between Leonard and Hearns, to be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, USA. After weighing 154 pounds (welterweight limit 147 pounds), and laying under the right hand in 14 rounds as he usually is in one, Hearns seemed trained. Hearns has controlled the early rounds with his jab long range. But when the towers of the Middle Leonard worked inside Hearns lead and hurt him with left hooks. The fight was stopped in the 14th round, with Leonard becoming the universally recognized champion welterweight. After a defense of his welterweight title against Bruce Finch, Leonard was diagnosed with having a detached retina in his left eye and underwent surgery to repair the problem. In November 1982, after 6 months of deliberation, Leonard announced his retirement. Leonard has returned a battle in 1984 against Philadelphias Kevin Howard, but was put on the canvas for the first time in his career. Leonard went on to win the battle, however, decided to once again retired. In May 1986, Leonard has shocked the sports world once again when it was announced that he would fight Middleweight Champion Marvelous Marvin Hagler. The battle gained an enormous amount of interest, and was billed as a Super Fight. Many felt over time Leonards outside of boxing, injury, jump in weight and the fact that Hagler was an average weight of all high time that Leonard had little chance of being victorious. Hagler started the fight heavy favorite. In a match that saw Sugar Ray fight almost entirely on the outside and when they are forced internal clinching Leonard scored a controversial split decision. Because of tactical sniping Leonards, combined with Haglers move to fight in an orthodox stance early in the fight, it was a difficult struggle to establish a clear winner. Leonard announced his retirement once again, a month after the battle. On November 7, 1988 Leonard came back and fought Donny Lalonde for both the WBC light heavy weight, and newly created WBC super middleweight title-a fight that Leonard would win via way of 9th round technical knockout. In 1989, Leonard fought two former rivals: a return match with Hearns, and a trilogy completed by Duran. In the fight Hearns Leonard was knocked down twice, but the final decision was a draw 12 rounds. Cons Duran, Leonard won a 12 round decision stale unanimously a fight in which Duran had a very low speed punch. Leonard remained outside the ring in 1990, but returned in February 1991 to contest the world junior middleweight champion Terry Norris WBC. Past his best, Leonard lost a unanimous decision unbalanced. Once again, Bout Post, Leonard announced his retirement. Leonard went through difficult times during the relay of retirement, having divorced wife Juanita, and admission to cocaine and alcohol problems which he fought hard to overcome. Leonard remarried Bernadette Robi, daughter of the famous composer Paul Robi. In 1997, at age 40, Leonard launched his return to boxing final against former world champion lightweight Hector Camacho. In the ring, Sugar Ray has been a shadow of himself, and was stopped in 5 rounds. Later this year, Leonard was inducted into the Hall of Fame International Boxing. For a period, Leonard led a company to promote boxing and is now the face of the reality TV boxing series, The Contender.

At the end of 2002, Roy Jones Jr. signed to fight against the world champion heavyweight John Ruiz WBA. Shortly after questions arose about Jones, why is he doing? And why would he risk it? Was it for money, some 10 million? Was it the irresistible urge that goes with being a champion? Was it merely ego or a grab for a higher place in boxing history? Jones was already an established musician having established Body Head label, a film actor and played professional basketball. To answer these questions, a look back is necessary for making the puzzle for some time and other time superstar of Roy Jones Jr. Roy Jones Jr. was born January 16, 1969 in the small town of Pensacola, Florida, USA. At age 6 young Roy began boxing under the watchful eye of his father, Roy Jones Sr. a veteran of the Vietnam War and the small pro boxer who came from a family of 13. As a boy Jones was full of potential serious due to a combination of physical ability, desire and the training regime takes his father had set. Jones worked his way through the junior amateur ranks and in 1988 won a place in the United States boxing team for the Olympics Soul. After fighting in the preliminary stages, Jones earned a spot in the fight for gold against Park Si Hun. Jones was in complete control of the fight, reaching almost unlimited Korea with lead left hooks and counters, but in one of the largest thefts in history of the sport, the Korean received a gift decision and with it the gold medal. As a demonstration of good faith, Jones received an award for best boxer of the competition, presented at a special ceremony by 50 monks from Korea. After investigation, two judges who scored the access have been allowed to officiate in the competition again. Subsequent injustice in the soul, Jones said he would never fight again. But after his return to Pensacola to a heroes welcome, and receive gold medals hounary through his native country, Jones has decided to turn professional. On May 6, 1989, Roy Jones Jr. made his professional boxing debut against Ricky Randall at the Pensacola Civic Center. Jones weighted 157 pounds for the fight, and Randall stopped by KO in the first round 2. While launching his career with a series of victories, Jones was in a position where his career was stalling the fight against the county fairgrounds and traveling at a financial loss. Jr. was steered by his fathers prudent management, with title fights, which is offered, but declined, without knowing Jr., it seemed Jones watched the parade pass. Things came to a sudden when Jones Sr. and killed a bull terrier dogs after Jones-bit passionate race a little girl. Jr. instantly put his father as trainer and manager and proceeded to hire his former Olympic coach Alton Merkerson, and decided to deal with issues of management itself. Despite the injury, Jones proceeded to win a unanimous decision, 116-112 on all 3 cards to win his first world title. After a defense of his middleweight title against Thomas Tate, Jones next challenge would come in the form of IBF super middleweight champion James Toney Lights Out. Toney-in time was considered one of, if not the best, pound for pound fighters in the world. Jones entered the Underdog A Bout some, but in the end defied all critics and even critics not making predictions Toney Look below on the way to a unanimous decision that Jones is now a double world champion. Jones proceeded to defend his IBF super middleweight crown, and June 15, 1996, completed the incredible feat of playing a game of basketball minor league professional, and defend his world title boxing (against Canadian Eric Lucas) the same day. Jones himself marked as a supreme athlete, a black superman. Jones next challenge was to climb to 175 pounds division of light-heavy weight. After defeating Mike McCallum to win the interim WBC world title recognition, Jones was scheduled to fight stocky, 26-0, Montell Griffin to allow a buffer declared three times world champion. What resulted was a controversial and melodramatic two rounds to fight. Jones would lose his unbeaten record by hitting Griffin while the opponent has been held by the count, and therefore disqualified. Jones won the fight by a decision of 12 rounds, though, after an excellent performance for the first two rounds it seemed Jones merely carried his opponent the distance, a habit that Jones would ever be criticized for. Jones defended the undisputed title against a list of contenders for light trucks, a group of fighters who label critics no body. However, it was more a case of Jones make these world class fighters look like nobodies, as was Jones superiority. After being pushed not only by the Naysayer Jones, but a challenge to keep himself motivated, Jones took the final step and announced that he would fight WBA John Ruiz for the heavyweight championship of the world. Jones, the former middleweight, would give up some 33 pounds to Ruiz, coming in as cruiserweight to 193 virtual relatively low, but many books that Jones would collapse after being hit by the punch of a heavyweight . Despite these thoughts, Jones then dazzle the heavyweight champion who reigns with pure water handspeed who had probably never been seen before in the heavyweight division. Jones defeated Ruiz by unanimous decision, 116-112, 118-110 and 117-111 to claim the world heavyweight title. On the way Jones became a four-division champion of the world and the average weight of first claim the heavyweight title for over 100 years. After reaching the pinnacle of boxing, and cement a place in history, Jones has taken the somewhat unusual for himself fled down to light heavyweight fight against Antonio Tarver.
