Ok, as of current i am not in a constant weight lifting routine – I only lift weights, never go jogging oz More than a month etc. – To put it Simply theres no Consistency to my workouts. im 18, live in England and im an apprentice painter and decorator so i work from 7am to 5pm – With a 09. 30am break, has 12. 30 break and a final 03. 00pm break. My main focus Is To Reduce my really fat percentage, and define my chest area and upper stomach. As of now i weigh 14 stone and 4 poundsit sounds silly, but i hate it when i miss out a day lifting weights, Is There Any Way around this? As of now, i lift * Bench press – 45KG – 13 reps * Barbell curl – 30kg – 6 reps Barbell shrug * – 30kg – 10 reps * shoulder press – 30kg – 8 reps (barbell behind head, lift straight up, then down, standing) * Leg lift – 30kg – 10 reps (Leg lift on bench; sitting, raise weights up Towards stomach) * Free weight lift – 20kg – 6 reps (Holding 2 x 10KG weights in hand, push out from chest, then bring-back) Ive Consistently Believed That Bruce Lee’s theory of lifting the heaviest weight possible for a minimum of six reps, and a maximum of 12 for the best workout biggest gains.
