This one hour class IS a combination of kicks, knees, elbow and punches on our assortment of light, medium & heavy bags (bags kick, punch-bags, angle bags, maize bags & speed balls), with intervals of stretching , cardiovascular / endurance training & plyometric exercises. The bags create resistance to help burn fat and shape your body. This is a great workout When pressed for time. Because of the Short Duration of this class, it allow Students to Focus on punching, kicking, kneeing & elbowing. It Perfecting Help with punch, kick, knee & elbow technique as well as Providing a high level of cardio over a short Amount of time. Punches include: Standard Such as technical boxing jabs, straight right, left hook, right hook, uppercuts and combinations. Kicking include: Low kick, medium kick and high kicks. Here Is The conditioning circuit of the month. This Boxing / MMA circuit of the IS by lunch time class. The class Demonstrates a wide age and skill level. EACH person we aim to encourage the interval to Perform Their level of intensity. The technical execution of the interval is Demonstrated DURING our warm up period and the after the circuit (this one WAS 1 minutes per station) the class moves on to boxing skill drills, Striking the pads, boxing combinations, ending with sprints and then cool to defense down. This tour included: Two soccer draws with flip jump in year out, heavy rope with 5 foot work drill arm waves, overhead medicine ball bounces, FreeMotion punching, UBtrainer, pull-up/pushup, suspension pulley cord with alternating single or punching arm Pushups , plymetric jumps. Circuit work IS a great way to transition from a light warm-up Into the core section of a boxing class or MMA class. Even if your boxing or MMA Does not Have class contact, Everyone Can train.
