Sally Vacca and Lonnie Mayberry spent part of their afternoon Sunday looking at photograph on the wall of a museum that has arisen from a former balloon shop about a mile from downtown Statesville. Mayberry estimated that shot must have been taken sometime in the mid-1930s.
