Right I do upper body work outs intense every 2 days, The Reason I do this to let my muscles IS properly heal me if I’m wrong please?, I do biceps pecs forearm Shoulders etc. Every year year now then I Will Do Some sit ups, I do high reps with low weights on my pecs, and heavy reps and HIGH reps with my biceps Because It Takes me a while to feel the burn on my biceps so I Have to do high reps. . Also I lie down on the floor, back Facing the floor and I get dumbells Two light ones, and I do I Will punching in the air movement is this a good work out?, And After I do my intense work out I drink a scoop of weight gainer After and Another Scoop In Another FEW hours, the weight gainer contains per 100g, 29. 3 g protein, 56. 9g carbs, I eat lots of meats aussi and proper foods. . Could Someone give me tips on how to make my work outs better? And is this a Good Way of gettin a six pac?, Aussi do shadow boxing as a cardio workout my Just Before Does this help?
