Still trying to get used to the ‘wavemaster’ bag – here practicing a variety of kicking techniques and punching combos. Remember, training is a process of experimentation and refinement rather than of perfection. Don’t be afraid to get it wrong 1000 times before you get it right. Once it clicks, work towards consistancy of form and relaxed execution of technique.
