How to install a heavy punching bag in my garden?

I am interested in. Some how using the spare piece of wood I Have Laying around in my garage, to make a simple structure to hold up a punch bag in my garden. Does anyone know of a way of Having It So It Will Be Enough to hold it steady while I hit the bag? How Much Surface area do i need? I Have about 20 foot of space full of grass. What should i put in the ground to hold the wood in place And Also what is the best thing to use to get the wood to hold the stand for the punch bag? I Want to Be Able to take off the punch bag ounces II have finished my session. I Was thinking of using cement. Would this help to hold in place?
