GIRLS HELP! Mixed messages (more good than bad, I think)?

So There’s this girl I like, an ex-Colleague from work, she aims quite shy Know What She Wants. On Her first week at work i could tell she HAD Some interest in me. Finding time to talk to me, Helping me out (Even When I did not Need It) Asking me to help her (Even For Those stupidly small things)! One time I leave Noticed Her work through the department I work in, I guess It Was Because I Told Her What time I leave (she Earlier Asked by the way). I Walked With Her up to the bus stop this time and we chatted for a bit Before going our Separate ways. I got home and messaged on Facebook Saying Her That I Like Her That She’s Basically and one in a million (This Was Within the first month of Knowing Her, I know, early days But I’ve failed too many times Before Because I wasn ‘ t quick Enough to Respond to Their signals of interest). She Turned me down pretty much, the nice way That Is! You know, the generic euthimistic womenese talk, Something like this. . . “I’m glad you Told Me But I’m not looking to Get Involved with anyone at the moment, just got So Much going on, but i do still enjoy chatting with you still.” Like What the f ** k! I Thought I Had this one in the bag. . . Obviously not, so I Decided to move on. Then I Noticed Almost Instantly how the signals of interest cam rushing back (As If She Was regretting Things). So There’s me, thinking I have a chance again! It Was Her Last week coming up, Her last days in Were the ones I dilliberatly Took off. To save on Heart Break For Her and to test reactions. She Was dissipointed, maybe just as a friend, Who knows? She Suggested meeting up for drinks, I’ve Suggested It Was Others with a multi-leave-thing (Was not she the only one leaving), and she cam up with a quick Reason Why We Should have to go alone (nothing to forward , she just Said She Did not Know When The multi-drinks-leavers Would Be). Well, Would not it be soon? It’s “leaving drinks” not “I left two years ago drinks” lol (course, I did not Say That, well Actually I should’ve Probably). So we Planned it over Facebook, She Would Always take along than me to reply, from a couple of hours to a couple of days Sometimes! It Was That the replies made me long Doubt Her interest in me. I Almost Gave Up On Her and backed out, so I Told Her Not to worry and cam out the old excuse, “I’m sorry, I Was Trying to figure out When I was free” I was like “Oh You Were then” Used and the plan b she excuse “I Was not at a phone or computer for the Whole Weekend” bulls ** t! Yeah The funny thing IS, Is That I Had Her chasing me for oz and Even Better. . . Wait for it, I Said “I can only do Thursday” to Which Instantly she Replied “Thursday is good for me”. Did not Have To Think About That one so hard now DID YOU! Well we put up in the end, went for a FEW drinks. About an Hour or Two in, smiling and laughing She Was a lot, Giving me a lot of eye contact with Those big eyes glazed and I Also Noticed how Frequently She Would you slap the old chapstick. Is That a hint kissing? She stayed out The Whole Until Her Last night WAS due process, and here’s Where It gets painful (well Does it Hurt When You kick yourself Afterwards). We Walked down to the platform, Her train WAS minutes away. She Was standing very close in front of me, I did not think Much of it at the time and I Said “shall we find somewhere to sit,” she Replied “my train Will end up turning up by the time we find somewhere to sit “, and it fired, just as she said! So yeah I Gave Her a hug and a peck on the cheek and I WAS on my way. P ** sed I did not get a smooch, lol! So I’ve Organised Another meet up, She Has Shown 100% interest in Another night out, Which is good but now I’m getting long the replies again. F ** king annoying, I will not hassel Her goal, I know that’s a big turn off and I’m happy just to hold on by I think if There’s Any luck. I do not think she’s interested in. That did me Because I Would Be replying like lightning. Oh, and the x’s at the end of messages, it’s up and down, I got Three When She Gave Me Her Number purpose Usually I only get the one, Sometimes a spontaneous second goal it will go back down to one Afterwards) Any tips, advice, Anything is falling. . . Help me do the right thing here, When Should I Be like the man and when to Should I Be the nice guy. How do I turn I night out Into Something More? Thankyou everyone in advance. xx lolOkay, so just to add, I’m still in Technically friend zone. That Was Considered leaving drinks Technically, not a date! She Did not Say It Was not a date, I just never Asked if we Consider it as a date. I just made the Assumption That We Were Just Friends playing it for now as she fired, state Before That She wanted to hang out as “friends for now.” That Was When She Turned me down, not a recent thing, so maybe she’s still working me out! I just wanted to know about the chapstick thing, and the way she looks at me when we talk, Those big old with glazed eyes That Seem To say everything. Is There Any Other signs I Should Be looking out for our next night out there. How do I step it up too? Is There a safe way to do it, she’s shy. She’ll think I Appreciate the subtle approach. Thanks again guys

Tips for beginners wanting so start out in Mixed Martial Arts

Understanding Mixed Martial Arts Psychology

Fifty years ago, boxing arena was the place to be if you wanted to show off your sportsman skills. Mohammed Ali and Mike Tyson were what every young boy aspired to be. However, old will always give way to something new, and this is just what happened in the arena of sports as well.

The era of boxing is now fairly over and its place has been taken over by mixed martial arts. Much of this new interest spurs from the fact that there are hardly any good fighters in this sport anymore; this has led the young generation to turn to MMA, or mixed martial arts.

What is MMA?

Mixed Martial Arts, which is more popular by the name of MMA, is an action sport which borrows certain combat techniques from several martial arts which have to be used against each other by the competitors. The two primary techniques involved are striking, grappling and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. Those acquainted with MMA will know that whereas striking involves moves like kicks and punches; grappling will require deals like sweeps, holds and throws.

MMA has banned techniques like biting and eye gouging which are banned in most other sports as well. Since MMA events are area specific, it depends on the regional organization whether it allows the use of moves like head butts or spinal locks.

Rules of the Game

Being a relatively recent game in the history of sports, the rules of the game are not vast as yet. It began with a very few rules, in fact, only as much as necessary. With time however, as MMA developed into one of the biggest sports of recent times, the number of rules increased; and the game is more organized and strict than ever before. MMA still has no central authority; because the rules are still under the governance of regional authorities, and hence they vary from one area to the other.

After you’ve mastered the rules and played the game according to the techniques, it is up to the judge to decide which competitor wins the match. The judge is the supreme authority in this case, but two more people can contribute towards the final decision taking; these are the corner man of any competitor and the doctor who takes into account whether a player was injured.

Connection with Psychology

Mental agility is an important requirement if you’re looking to win any match, and this goes for any sport, not just MMA. You are wrong if you think that MMA is all about a physical show of strength and making the correct moves. In fact, after you’ve finished learning the various aspects of the game and can play fairly well, you will have to devote some time in thinking about how you can outplay your opponent both mentally and physically.

Mental preparation is therefore an essential element of training, and you have to devote adequate time and training to this aspect of your fight game to succeed at the elite level. Many of the prominent MMA champions and other combat athletes hire professional sports psychologists to take their game to the highest level. There are also many “alternative” sports psychology methods that are becoming increasingly popular, including NLP, hypnosis and energy psychology.

Stephen Ladd is known as the Renegade Fighter Mental Coach, pioneering the use of cutting-edge alternative psychology methods like NLP, Hypnosis and Energy Psychology specifically for the combat athlete who wants to dominate their opponents and be victorious.
