Play Outside the Box

Throughout my life as I’ve seen the wonders of teachers powerful shaman and healer, I was wondering, how do they do? “

” What was the secret of Mr. Rogers? He seemed so calm, retirement, passive, and yet events always went his way to the television station where he produced “Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.” In his presence, restless children and adult beginners guests always seem to know what to do and say without a script or rehearsal. Wild animals acted as if they were performing on some invisible cue. At the station, the curator of the board of directors, management and the crew hesitates studio stubborn miraculously went “against nature” to go with all that bold, visionary schemes Mr. Rogers put forward. “How did he disarm the opposition of the people and bring out the game and spirit of adventure among parents rigid, teachers, staff and representatives of the city? “

The esteemed actress Helen Hayes could express with great clarity with his audience of students and me seven very diverse characters she was portraying on stage, without any discernable difference in the way of dress, gesture, or even made it. “What were his hidden devices? Which keys to successful communication had it under control? “

My mentor macrobiotics, Michio Kushi, could take a very intellectual, spiritual journey in a public dispute deeply personal visions of power, the physical healing and visceral ecstasy. “How did it change the points of view lead-bonded into wisdom-or-alive? What was he doing behind the scenes to catalyze such remarkably strong, cathartic experience in each of the normally insensitive, students do not respond?

I watched with amazement as Medicine Cloud, my boyfriend Hopi medicine, evoked a storm pelting a blue sky to wash the mud from the red clay that sacred ritual had made on me. “Where did the pain and rash go so fast, so well? How could I feel so peaceful so fast when I was so upset and depressed for a year?

“How did St. Germain physically appear at the foot of my bed when the doors of my house and the room were shut tight?” I had to touch her dress each tenth visit to ensure that the Ascended Master standing was solid and substantial. “How did he know my deepest, most secret thoughts that I had never expressed to anyone?” I felt so vulnerable, but safe, so bare, yet open, when he realized his eternal, but wisdom to me. “Why do I feel so calm, clear and courageous in his presence?” The deep sense of connection and vitality absolute stayed with me for his visits. “How was he able to communicate with me without his mouth moving? How did he project scenes of my life on the wall? “

” Why do my friends and I instinctively trust this mysterious professor of the East with our souls? “Muktananda was just a man with dark skin in India that we had never heard before today. Our fears melted our hearts to open with the sound of her laughter. Our inner beauty blossomed with the contact his finger to our foreheads.

Jews by birth, New Yorkers by nature, Lester Levenson looked like a cross between a mischievous sprite 100 years and a noble Indian chief Indian America. He could charm the needles out a porcupine. And it would generate more excitement, strength and insight to me one day that I met at that time in my life. ” What was his magic? “

What are the common underlying dynamic at work here?

” How did all shamans, acupuncturists, rebirthers, Reiki masters and other healers I knew withdraw their miraculous cures? In the aura and the influence of powerful leaders, I witnessed many remarkable turnarounds in peoples’ physical conditions, financial wealth, attitudes, mental and spiritual abilities. All my life, I asked the Spirit the question, “How?”

Go to the source

When I saw my first extraordinary phenomenon in life, I decided to find out what was behind this and other extraordinary events. I concluded that the only way I never really know what was happening was to open at the same level of magic in my own life.

Move out of the box

I quickly realized that to experience more magic in my life, I had to leave the life I live now. I had to move “outside the box.” Act not only think “outside the box. “By definition, miracles occur outside of our usual world.

Ex-perience

All magic occurs beyond the limits of our current belief system. To experience something new, we need ex-perience with reality. “Ex” in Latin means to go outside. “Experience” comes from the same root as “perimeter”, that is, border, border. To revive, he must go beyond the limits of our old box. With this intention and will, anything is possible!

Ask outside the box

For specific suggestions on steps to be taken outside the area, asking a suggestion on the part of your consciousness that is “out of past experience. “If you intend to access this area of your expertise, you can connect with it. It is only a question of what part of your consciousness you ask.

; Again, the intention and will are the key. Point your attention and responsiveness to the appearance of your being, namely, gasoline-, which is independent of past experience. Voila! costs of new answers, options, alternatives, outcomes … miracles!

Our Trusty Intuition

friendship storyAnd what is this part of our consciousness that is free of the past without fear, limitation and programming? Our intuition of course! Intuition, by definition, operates outside of the box. Do whatever you can to develop and nurture your clear connection to your intuition .

Get your old reality

My shaman teachers told me I could not just leave my old box-in the world. Literally out of the box! At first, I certainly do not believe them. Freedom from old patterns and limitations may not be as simple as that. But I did and it worked! No all the time, but he worked with enough reasons to encourage me to practice and improve my skills. Now, with my actions guided by my intuition, I can leave the old limits that have served their purpose and spiritual value.

Note that all of your life events, situations and people, has been secretly structured by your soul to bring you the experience you want to have this life. Approach life as if the whole of creation is conspiring to bring you goodness … because it is!

Thinking Outside The Box – Exclusive Designer Clothing

One of the most intriguing things about the internet is getting you to “think outside the box. ” It does not take much to put together even the most remote thoughts and ideas to develop a marketing plan. I’ll explain.

Two years ago, I had a winter jacket that one day vanished into thin air. It really didn’t “vanish. ” I just got ripped off. I never forgot that jacket. This morning, while doing some browsing on the web, I found a very exciting line of pricey mens’ apparel. Now, I am not a specialist in men’s apparel, but looking at this stuff caused me to “think outside the box. “

This particular clothibg line is one of the most popular men’s designer clothing products on the market today. Due to its high value price tag, this line of clothing is very exclusive. They have a reputation for being the premiere brand in the designer clothing industry. This article describes five ways to get up to 50% off designer clothing.

1. The best time to buy any products in the designer clothing industry is in January or September. These months are the gap between the Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer seasons. Merchandisers will reduce prices to get rid of the previous season’s stock. Some bargains can be picked up. Manufacturers and distributors traditionally have price reductions over 25% during this period.

2. Shopping value comparison websites such as Pricerunner and Kelco used to traditionally feature electrical retailers. More and more clothing retailers are now listing their products on these shopping comparison sites. A typical search should produce over 10 results. Often the difference between the highest and lowest price can be over 30%.

3. For high value purchases, customers should always use cashback sites to purchase their products. Examples of these sites are Quidco and Greasy Palm. Typically, sales through these sites give back upto 5% of your commission. On a $600 USD item, this is $77 USD in commission that will come back to you.

4. It is wise practice to be aggressive and ask for a discount, especially if you are a regular customer. Designer boutiques normally give their regular customers a 15% discount card and online shops will normally give a discount to regular customers if you ask. If you don’t ask for the discount, you don’t get it

5. Many e-commerce sites now feature a “discount code” box. If you enter a discount code, you receive a discount which is usually about 5 – 10%. If you do a quick search for a retailers discount code, you are likely to find it. This can save you an additional $50. 00 USD.

These methods should enable you to get most discounted designer clothing. Most of these methods will work equally as well on many other products or services. This shows you what good things happen when you “think outside the box. “

The Two Dimensions of Thinking Outside the Box

Thinking outside the box is a skill highly prized by all kinds of organizations. The phrase “think outside the box ” creates this vision of cutting edge thinking that leads to innovation. It’s a skill that provides real opportunities in both the Internal and External Dimensions. It’s a skill that can create enormous competitive advantage – personally and organizationally. It’s not for everyone – in fact – it’s a top ten percent skill, but the rewards for developing it can be tremendous – in many ways.

So what are External and Internal Dimensions of thinking outside the box?

The Internal Dimension deals with the questions like:

How can I look at the world differently?

How can I be more creative- in my work, in my play, in my relationships?

How can I come up with ways to do things better, quicker, cheaper, faster?

How can I shift my thinking so that I can be unique in providing perspectives, solutions, presentations?

How can I take my thinking to the “next level”?

The operative word in the internal dimension is”I”. It deals with internal self development – working within ourselves to acquire greater skill and capacity in out of the box thinking. It involves being able and willing to challenge our own personal comfort zones and our own behavior, attitudes and beliefs.

It starts with having the belief that you are worthy and able to develop this skill – or enhance its development.

Then it requires the conviction that acquiring this skill has personal value.

Then it requires an inventory of how you see the the world around you, and how you view yourself.

Then it requires you to take action to change – challenge yourself to change a habit – to see things differently. It could be reading a different newspaper or a blog – one that expresses a different point of view than what you are used to. The opportunities are endless.

An example: My wife and I like to go to a movie – and then have dinner and discuss the things that we enjoyed, that we found exciting, that we interpreted differently. We like to do this with another couple. The different perspectives from four people looking at the very same thing can be astonishing – and so valuable in challenging and changing and adding to our own ways of thinking.

As you take these kinds of actions, you are on your way to expanding your thinking – the critical step to thinking outside your box. – or of changing your own box – making it so much larger, or a different shape, or whatever other way you want to view your own progress.

While you are on this journey, keep reminding yourself that what you are doing is a process that at least ninety percent of the population either cannot or will not do – and be assured you are developing a rare skill – a ten percent skill – this Internal Dimension of thinking outside the box.

The External Dimension deals with questions like:

How can we access the thinking of other people to create new solutions and innovative ways of doing things?

What do others think about this problem/condition/issue?

Who can we call on to help address this issue?

What are the different ways we can involve the organization?

Why don’t we see what others have to contribute?

In the External Dimension the operative word is “We”. The operative behavior in the External Dimension is to look outside ourselves and think of the people resources of the organization – whatever that might mean -. as the source of outside the box thinking. And in doing that, collect their inputs – and have the sum of the parts exceed any one individual’s ability to produce a result.

The External Dimension can provide organizations their greatest opportunity for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

This dimension relies on the belief that each person has a unique perspective to offer, and that the way to expanded thinking is through the shared thinking of people with insights and expertise gained from education, experience, motivation, and a host of other sources.

This is the dimension where the Collective Genius of the group is accessed. Leaders at all levels respect and depend on the Collective Genius of the group – they know the result of out of the box thinking results in solutions greater than the sum of the parts. The payoff – more possibilities, better information, personal growth and success.

For the External Dimension to work, certain conditions must exist:

There must be trust and respect for all the members of the group, and for their inputs and contributions An attitude that says “every idea has value” is crucial.

Freedom of expression in the group, and in the organization, must be encouraged.

There must be a structure so thoughts can be captured and developed.

Guidelines for participation are critical – structure can provide the freedom for even the most reluctant participant to express themselves

There must be patience and the realization that the group may produce a lot of marginal inputs on its way to breakthrough thinking.

The behavior of judging the inputs of others has to be set aside, as does the “we did that once but it didn’t work” attitude.

The upside of the External Dimension is that it can create more cost effective, innovative, creative solutions than any other single thing in an organization. And at no real added cost – in money or capital investment.

The downside is that many organizations simply aren’t willing to change their behaviors to meet the conditions listed above. For whatever the reasons, the “my way or the highway” attitude keeps Collective Genius from rising to the top. Ultimately, in that kind of environment, outside the box thinking is something you have to buy – if it’s available – and pay dearly for.

Start today to create your own Internal Dimension outside the box thinking – or expanding it. Take one belief that you have about people – and challenge it. . And then answer these questions:

What if I changed that belief – what would I change it to? What benefit could there be in doing that? How will this change add to my personal value and ability to innovate and be resourceful?

The answers will help you break out of your thinking pattern and start that process of personal challenge. Do it today. Become a top ten percenter.

If you’re in an organization, ask your people if the conditions listed above for the External Dimension exist – you will be surprised at their answers. And then work to change behaviors and make outside the box thinking a habit in your work. Start today.

Panic Attacks, Anxiety, and D-cycloserine: Thinking Outside of the Box

“Necessity is the mother of invention. ” Always works for me. It seems as though it works for psychiatric research, as well. And that’s a good thing because I’ve become frustrated and puzzled by the lack of research and treatment attention panic disorder, all of the anxiety disorders for that matter, receives.

Panic, and the anxiety disorders, so often take a back seat, especially to the mood disorders. And that’s odd given the fact that the anxiety disorders are the most prevalent of the mind variances, and so many anxiety sufferers have a mood disorder comorbidity.

Stepping off my soapbox, here’s some very creative thinking that gives me renewed confidence and hope. Using meds and psychotherapy as a punch combo to combat a mind variance isn’t anything new. For example, a panic disorder sufferer participating in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) gets referred to a psychiatrist and begins taking a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Happens all the time, though not always efficacious.

But what if there was a more creative boxing strategy? What if instead of meds and therapy working as a jab/cross combo, they teamed to become one massive knockout punch? Well, tune-in because this is cool.

D-cycloserine is an antibiotic that’s best known as a back-up treatment for tuberculosis. But, go figure, it’s shown efficacy in the treatment of phobias. And it’s also provided relief when used in augmentation with psychotherapy in the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and even schizophrenia. Well, it seems you may be able to add panic disorder to that list, especially within the context of exposure work in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

So how does an antibiotic provide relief for panic? Well, one of the characteristics of D-cycloserine is that of a partial agonist of a receptor for glutamate. Glutamate is the most abundant excitatory neurotransmitter in mammals, and an agonist is a manufactured or naturally occurring drug that triggers action from a neuron. The impact of glutamate is thought to be based in sensory-related fear extinction in the amygdala. Of course, the amygdala is our emotion/fear headquarters.

So if you really think about it, the D-cycloserine work is really a matter of enhancing a learning process. And it would then make perfect sense that a dosage of D-cycloserine would be administered one-hour prior to a CBT session. Isn’t that wild? It’s like a pre-game warm-up for the brain.

Though, to my knowledge, use of D-cycloserine hasn’t gone beyond the lab, it’s really very exciting and offers a lot of hope for many reasons. First and foremost, there’s every reason to believe the treatment can provide relief. And, secondly, it’s proof that some very creative thinking is occurring in the world of psychiatric research. It’s like a football coach revising offensive and defensive strategy, as well as the game plan, because he knows his player talent level is low.

“Necessity is the mother of invention. ” Thank goodness for thought outside of the box.

After a winning bout with panic disorder, a career in the business world, and a part-time job working with socially challenged adolescents, Bill found his life’s passion and work. So he earned his master’s degree and counseling credentials, and is doing all he can to lend a hand to those having a tough time.

You’ll also find a link on the website to Bill’s Panic Attack Freedom! blog. Lots of good stuff going on and much more to come.

In addition to doing psychiatric emergency work, Bill continues to do a lot of writing and speaking. He’s conducted numerous mental health workshops and is available for future engagements. How to Think Outside the Box

You hear that to be more creative you need to think outside the box, but what is the box? It is your normal ways of thinking, and all the hidden assumptions you make. Imagine actually living in a box, and knowing the outside world only through the pictures and descriptions written on those four walls. Even the best pictures and most accurate descriptions couldn’t encompass the totality of the world outside, so you would have all sorts of assumptions about the world that might not be too useful or true.

This metaphor is a great one for understanding how limited our thinking can be, and it suggests an obvious solution as well. Your thinking and assumptions are like those pictures and descriptions, and they form the “walls” of your box, limiting what you can see or know about the world. The solution? Stop looking at them and get outside the box! Here is one of the best ways to do that.

The Best Way To Get Outside The Box

Perhaps the best way to get out of your habitual thought patterns and have some new and creative ideas is to identify the assumptions you are making and challenge them. This is a powerful way to deal with everything from personal to business to artistic problems and issues. Let’s look at some simple examples.

Suppose a young single man wants to buy a house, but he doesn’t seem to be able to. He doesn’t have the money saved for a down payment. Also, he can barely make his rent and a house will cost more per month than that. He is ready to give up when he decides to try thinking outside the box. Specifically, he remembers an article he read about identifying and challenging one’s assumptions, so he tries that.

He starts by explaining to a friend why he thinks he can’t buy a house. There are no more zero-down mortgages lately and he has no money saved. He doesn’t even have enough extra income to save a down payment. His job doesn’t pay enough to cover the costs of owning a home. “I may just have to wait a few years until I get a better job,” he says. He clarifies this into the following list, even though he sees some of them not as assumptions, but as reality:

1. A down payment is necessary.

2. I have nothing for a down payment.

3. I can’t save money for a down payment at this time.

4. My job has to pay enough to cover all the expenses of owning a home.

With the help of his friend, he challenges these assumptions one-by-one. Is a down payment really necessary? Maybe there are government programs that can help. Does he really have no down payment? His friend points out that he can use the money in his retirement account, and even avoid the usual tax penalty since he is a first-time home buyer. He also has some things he could sell to raise money. Can’t save? If he worked overtime it could all go towards savings.

The problem of income seems irresolvable at first. He has been looking for a better job, he says. His friend points out that the idea of needing a better job is just another assumption. That makes him think about starting a business on weekends, but he doesn’t hold out much hope for that. Then he again returns to the assumption that his job has to pay for the house. What if this wasn’t true? What if something else or someone else helped pay for it?

That’s when he remembers a friend of his who rented out rooms in his house. He got $400 per room per month. Looked at this way, a house might be far cheaper than renting. Working with this and the other ideas, he is soon in a new home and in better financial shape than ever.

You can see how assumptions create a “box” that is tough to get out of. Argue about how to save Social Security and you might not notice the assumption that it’s worth saving, rather than scrapping it in favor of something better. Assume that motorcycles need wheels and you’ll never invent the first “motorskimobile” for use in snow. You need to both identify and challenge your assumptions to think out of the box.

Think Outside the Box Or Be Outside the Box?

A wise person

may choose to assign to a fact that is consistent with the law of nature. This person chooses to be a believer in the power of thought insists on appropriate practices to correct thinking, and persists in the pleasures of his choice to believe in the right way.

This person understands and accepts the following facts in his or her daily life, including the following:
* Thoughts are things,
* You are what you think,
* Think and Grow Rich,
* Change your thoughts and you change your life,
* And more.

By believing and by making the act, that person turns himself or herself, from a level to aim at a stage to reach the peak of almost total success in all areas of his life . This person belongs to that group of people who make things happened.

However, there is a large majority of those who oppose, refute, and contravenes the facts about mental immutable laws. These people are those who wonder what is happening, and those who wander what happened. With veils over their sites, they seek popular conjecture and hearsay and you begin to put other ways of thinking. Above all, think outside the box!

At this stage it is pertinent to ask why think outside the box, where you can choose to be outside the box! A choice between freedoom and total freedom!

Remember us to realize that, at one time or another throughout your life, you might have read somewhere or heard someone say this sentence out of the box.

Please say “yes.”

There was also a point in time, when one of us may have written or said to someone else outside the box.

Again, please say “yes”.

Around the world, the media are filled with an accumulation of archives, think outside the box. In addition, leaders, managers, supervisors, politicians, teachers, motivational speakers, and others with a good intention, of course, said the masses to think outside the box.

For many years, since 1983, I had a cognitive dissonance (not beautiful, but a terrible noise) in my mind, in relationships of this sentence incoherent. There is always someone who say and write for me, “outside the box”.

Then, “Bang!” a sudden explosion occurred inside me in 2003, then in my mind is a peaceful silence. Wow Then, followed by an experience of a magnificent achievement and to share with you the discovery.

I started a manuscript DRAF “the total film: the experience of your entire life now on the peak of success overall, there is”.

More on http://www. zublizainordin. blogspot. com /.

I am engaged in verbal and vocal invitations, why leave the beaten path, let us be outside the box “.

This call is because I discovered that everyone who wrote, read, said, heard, or was in any case become part of it, the promotion of off the beaten track, is quite correct! I emphasize this, they are quite correct, because by the logic to be able to think outside the box only needs to be in the box? How can it be otherwise?

Right? Please say “yes.”

It seems to me, except a few, many people are actually in the box. So when in the darkness of the box, they hit a stumbling block, then they give or receive advice of thinking. Yes, that’s it, outside the box.

Another relevant question, I propose here for you now, that’s why you’re in the box first? Furthermore, why would you be at all times inside the box, second?

You remember, a noble man has long raised similar questions when he outlined what has been known as the “Plato’s Cave.” Throughout history, I think there was a minority individuals to communicate the same message to awaken the majority of sleep in the box. Otherwise, those who are either in a box or another

Please observe now, you and others around you. Then ask:
* I am not in a box called life?
* I am confined in a house when in reality, I want a house?
* Am I enjoy harmony with my husband or am I caught in a web of complex relationships between individuals?
* I am stranded with endless works in my office?
* Why I am in isolation from one area after another?

Do you understand now why the song Hotel California is so popular until now? Understanding the words and soon you’ll also know that most people are actually in the box. A prisoner of our own design. It seems so.

Good news however. For anyone who is still in any kind of a box, you can now pick and choose to be outside the box. Then, when you’re out, do you experience the joy of total freedom!

How can you get out of the box, and be outdoors?

Learn the next lesson. A natural birth. Please understand, each and every one of us had this experience before, a first stage where we are in the womb of a mother, and then into the womb of mother nature. The first breath of life. The God intended for this incredible act we learn that we will not continue inside forever, but sooner or later we’ll be really outside it and in this world.

This world is a matrix, another trap, unless you do the following:
* Stay away from any area on the right wrong road less travel,
* Awaken the Giant Within, pull your own strings, exercise unlimited power to explore the whole of life, even the sky is the limit,
* Believe in everyday miracles and real magic show your true destiny and sacred journey, and also the total life experience on the peak of success overall,
* The practice habits of highly effective people, and I see above.

So eversince those doings, I have always chosen to be outside any box. A freedom so free, while most others choose to be still in the box, and meets a freedoom after another.

So now, at this point, let me reach out, if you need two hands, and I say let us come out of the box. Real or pure illusion, stop now be inside the box, or outside the box. Let us enjoy our rights to live in total freedom outside. It is free.

Are you interested? Please say: “Yes!”.

Some say, well, it is true when the student is ready the teacher appears. I say, but what if the teacher who also appears in the box? So let me seem, not as a teacher, but as a citizen concern that is already out of the box. So any shape and size of the box, you can be in, choose to be outside that area.

So when is the tima you will be outside the box? Tell me, do it now. Here’s a thought, before I found myself writing in this space, let me ask you this question, have you attended a funeral recently? Soon it’s time for everyone. Yours and mine too. There should be a box at this moment, where you do not hear coughing “inside. This box is but a reminder of a life journey of one box to another, and finally ends up in a box too. Then it will be too late to enjoy freedom. What a mess, you? Please say “yes.”

I invite you now, be wise and be outside the box you still have a chance, before one o’clock, you’ll be nothing but a box. Certainly, the last box!
