Ok casting a punch is thrown Almost like your hand is a ball and chain was There Is Exaggerating year whipping of the body and arm to punch the very Accelerate Quickly! Also with boxing punches on the bag how do you Know When you are throwing a punch Powerful Should the bag sway jump gold or Both sound and what Should it make a thud gold a crack like the crack of a whip? Anyway the punch sambo Does niether Because my arm just Gives Way apon impact so very fast like a ball on a chain goal Seems To do nothing to the bag!?? (fedor throws with casting Puches Both Hands btw not just big history right! Although my right hook punch casting is Just the Same Even faster but no impact of the whip crack pushing sound or anything!
