Some of the Most Powerful feeling punches make the bag move a hell of alot goal THEY make the sound is dull thud has for example Im Told-through to hit the target close to maximize Even If it feels Powerful power and purpose and the bag bends and moves a hell of alot and makes a dull thud sound. Goal I try to punch That Is using only the rotation of the hips no push off the feet and it feels like Weaker less weight and strength is going into it and the bag moves the goal less sound on impact is louder and loud clapping sound like a ! Even The Weakest fastest goal Flicky jabs make this sound. I’ve Always Been Told your consoling or if it Correctly Should Be a loud clapping sound and snappy goal Im Having a hard time believing what feels so Powerful That Is not what feels weak and is! How can I tell? ANSWERS BRILLIANT GUYS Especially SAMURAI Analogy SUPERB! Its like the 10 year old kid Could push the bag make it swing high and then i could shoot the heavy bag with a pistol and It Would jump / swing but not shudder or Be Pushed at all.
