hi ive been overweight all my life a year ago i started doing Something But It Was not right so 3 months back i n halve What changed and i was doing before i started my new plan i Asked if it Was Right everyone THEY HAD yes it Told Me WAS goal ive been doing this plan for 3 months n halve, ive Seen No Changes. im 17 years old im about 5 “tall i weight 14. 4 stones Which is 196 pounds i think. I Took a year of college as i had Some Problems, bascially i dont work so am just at home. my new plan WAS EXERCISE EVERYDAY ! if im not doing anything DURING the day id wake up about 12. 00 or 1. 00 gold event 1. 30 in afternoon, as i have nothing to do all day. then i Have like an apple 51 cals Which is gold sooup ( cup a mug) Which is 35 cals, and halve hour Later i would do this exercise routine i have-been doing everyday: 1 hour treadmill – (somedays i add 10 minutes or more a year halve hour, somedays ive done 2 hours) when i get of i May Not Have Enough energy to do rest of my exercises so id like Have half cup of milk, or fruit, or Something veyre light, about 50 cals i do 10-20 mins then punching bag (DRIL / jabs etc) then i 70 russian twists do with light weights (1. 35kg) then do 70 i – sit ups with light weights (1. 35kg) i then do reverse crunches 50-60 then i dont know do this exercise aims icts name for love handles u stand weights straight with Both Hands and bend EACH side. if u Understand me lol, i do like i do 40 knee 40then pushupsthen i do 35 concentric curls (4kg weights) then i do 35 tricep extensions (4kg weights) then i do weight Another Thing dont know the name for Shoulders / back. (4kg weights) i then do squats with weights i do about 40 (4kg weights) then i do stretches to finish it off. this plan Takes 2 or 2 n half hours. i then half year Later hour Have Something light like fruit, granola bar. then hand for dinner / tea i have pitta bread with grilled fish or chicken, Basically Something healthy. i dont eat high carbs (bread Patato rice etc), i eat lots of fruits wegs. I LIK AND DRINK 3 LITRES WATER EVERYDAY NO FIZZY SOFT DRINKS ONLY DRINK WATER Hardly. if i get hungry at night Have id like Ovaltine. i do this everyday Been doing it for 3 months n halve and my clothes still fits me like usualy bit tight , no one scale or weightloss Measuretape! my waist Is Just the Same btw im an apple shape! ive been going to doctors for years and years now all They Say IS dont worry about it, like how i cannot not worry about it! !! ive tryed Taking Proactol, adios, Hoodia Gordonii……………. AS WELL tryed diets. im getting really depressed now Someone please help me! and yes The Reason I Wake up about 12 or halve an IS because i got nothing to do DURING day goal if i do go somewhere id wake up early then my goal Even exercises Would Always Be Around 2. 00 in afternoon! Doctors Have Told me my weight as on Genetically IS my dads side lol everyones big and loose it THEY THEY cannot eat that goal thats hows Much They Are. id hate to know im gonna end up like them and that i cannot loose weight!! I HAVE 5 MONTHS LEFT TILL I GO BACK TO DOING SOMETHING AND ID LIKE TO LOOSE ATLEAST 1 STONE! PLEASE HELP ME

Final round of the day and Will Is Getting a better feel for the combination. Main area of ??focus turning body IS too square and left hand too low from the left hook Where Comes from. Will compare to footage in a months time to monitor progress.
