Can my work place minus my holidays or pay as the shop was closed for christmas day and boxing day?

I work at a retail store Which was closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. I just found out That THEY minused Two Days’ em from my holidays and as i had booked my Already statutory holidays, They Are minusing pay. Can They Do Even Though this Was not open the store to work in?
To upset to work, please help… What should i do???

On Boxing Day, we Invited family & friends to our place for a gathering. As the evening Went there i could not find my mobile phone, so i started to look for it. Even I stopped the music and our guests Told to be quiet, I could not hear purpose a thing and i know my phone is silent Was Not. Cut along story short, my ex girlfriend and mother Stepsons history of child stole my phone. When she Arrived That she Informed us her phone stolen and WAS Did not Have a phone for the past Few Days. And just as She Was getting ready to leave my phone Noticed When is missing. Our friend That Gave her a lift home That Day. 2 days later ET ET Noticed That Informed us with a phone in her car and history because He Has The Same model as me, hey recgnised it. We fed her and her kids for the day, Gave ‘em gifts and money. II have really thick skin this goal HAS Affected me really, i do not care if i do not get da phone back. But i can not let her get away with this. My Girl Told Me forget it, What should i do??? My girlfriend is fretting, Because it’s her and worried she will not granchild see her again. . . And she is anything Any Concerned about coming back to us. . . Due to da kind of people she hangs around with. .
