The significant thing to Remember When shadow boxing is, pretend you are fighting someone. Everytime you make a move offensive you have got to make a defensive move. The Same goes for defensive moves, make your counter punch move and practice it over and over. Shadow boxing is the one thing you can do anywhere and its a great exercise as well.
