@bratkotenka Yes, Bradal Serey is identitcal to Muay thai, also called khmer boxing. same exact rules. but bokator rules include bound fists and allow ground fighting, chokes, and submissions.

@julianobarrera No, in cambodia they wear gloves and fight exactly like in Thailand. but the Bokator team now is starting to hold fights twice a year with bound fists and ground fight.

I suggest Myanmar Lethwei Fighters should challenge MMA fighters to fight in MMA rules or UFC rules like other fighters accept Myanmar Boxers in Myanmar Lethwei rule.

thailand use to fight more brutal but they ban it because fighter end up dead. so thai fighter now have hard time fighting like they use to because thier use to the glove and winning by points. befroe there were no points and tyhey go for the kill. now they know they can win by points so they dont go all out

it’s the same the other way around.
don’t forget that most mma fighters have a jui-juitsu or wrestling background,they’re groundfighters.
ground fighters aren’t necessarily stronger in a standing fight,in contrary.
i seen many MMA fighters lose when they fight in kickboxing.
same goes the other way around.

Another reason why a MMA fighter would be in disadvantage in a standing fight is that overall they’re less agile and slower
kickboxers train on speed,endurance and stamina.

It depends upon the rule, under which they would fight. I won’t say victory percentage woul’d be that high if they fight for example MMA rule

Go Burma. from Thailand… I really like to watch Burma and Thai style fighting. However Burma is more brutal with headbutts, bound fist, take downs. I know Burma & Thai has had a long history of this sport together.
