I really liked the stories in the book and how Kelly was such a struggle to grow. She has faced many challenges and weight loss was only a small part of what she has faced in his life. I think it took great courage to train as hard as it and having to cope with competetors tuff in the boxing ring. It was a great player and should be very proud of his accomplishments. I think this book could be used in several ways, not only with weight loss. He can learn a lot of people how they can over come difficulties and the difficult challenges of life. I really liked this book.
